Beats readies a celebrity edition Studio Pro

They’re technically the same as last year’s model, but the Kim Kardashian Studio Pro now comes in a few new colours.

The days of special edition headphones don’t seem to be as frequent as they once were, but just in case you needed something to look at, Beats is back with another.

Much like it did with a celebrity-edition of its Fit Pro earphones back in 2022 connected with Kim Kardashian, the sound brand is back with another Kim-spired model for last year’s Studio Pro, featuring noise cancelling headphones inspired by her colour palette.

The new models will come in a light “moon”, a medium “dune”, and a deeper “earth” colour option, with each also arriving with a colour-matched case, something the originals missed out on (our blue Studio Pro review model arrived in a black case).

Nothing has changed about them beyond the colours, mind you: they still include active noise cancellation, Spatial Audio on iPhone, support for lossless audio over a USB-C connection, and a fold-up design. It’s basically just a set of new colours for the headphones.

One colour won’t be included, sadly, even if it is being used in Beats’ advertising for the colours. The company launched an ad with Jimmy Fallon featuring his version of what the colours would look like, resulting in a yellow “mustard” pair we’d totally wear.

You can’t find that yellow pair it seems, but the other colourways in the Beats x Kim Studio Pro models is available now from JB HiFi for $529 in Australia.
